Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This individual will work out of our West Palm Beach, Florida office. The Customer Success Specialist will work with new and existing clients to train them in the use of MyTaskit Pro in their business, and in doing so will be both a coach and cheerleader to help them learn to use MyTaskit Pro to replace their previous ways of getting work done.  You will be responsible for making them successful, and to do so will watch their usage metrics and follow up with them as necessary to help them get there.

This is an integral role at MyTaskit. It occupies that critical space after the sale has closed where we win the client’s heart by giving them a great experience putting MyTaskit Pro to work in their business.  Done well, we expect to have that client for many years to come and you’ve earned the gratitude and respect of yet another client (and your colleagues)!  Are you up for the challenge?!

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Sales to receive new clients and initiate their onboarding and training
  • Monitor existing clients and follow-up to coach, encourage and offer further training if necessary
  • Manage your schedule of client interactions so you know what you need to do next and with whom
  • Prepare in advance of client calls to be ready to execute great training sessions for them
  • As a part of the training process, confirm and further assess basic business needs and system needs, and coordinate internally and with the client to solve their needs
  • Keep an accurate record of activity and client status using Microsoft Excel and Salesforce software and/or other systems we may use
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, and Development to solve issues that come up and to recommend improvements that would help make achieving success with customers faster and easier

Desired Skills, Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of customer success and training experience with business software
  • Engaging personality with the proven skill to generate interest in software to solve real-world business problems for the client
  • Comfortable with software and technology to instruct a client admin how to set up MyTaskit Pro for use
  • Ability to successfully teach and motivate a non-technical audience how to use software
  • Very well organized with good scheduling skills to create, manage and deliver on a full schedule of client interactions
  • Compensation will be industry competitive.

Required Experience: 

  • On-boarding, training and customer success: 3+ years
  • Education: Associate
